Policies! A $10 non refundable fee is required to secure your appointment & it will go towards the final price at the end of your appointment! No additional guests allowed. Please be mindful of my time and others if you are running more than 10 minutes late we might have to reschedule the appointment. I do not work over other techs work. I do however offer foreign soak offs for an additional $15 fee, If you break a nail or damage it within a week of your appointment fixing it would be free of charge. After that fees may apply. Cancellation Policy

I value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure I can continue offering excellent care to all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a non-refundable deposit. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, I will charge 20% of the service amount. This fee helps to cover the time reserved for you. Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, to ensure I stay on schedule for other clients. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate you.
